Mr. M A Hashem is the Founder and Chairman of Greenland Equities Ltd. He is a veteran banker having banking experiences spanning for over 35 years and former Managing Director of Janata Bank which is country’s second largest commercial bank.

In addition, he founded Farida Hashem International School & College which is a non-profit academic institution based in Narsingdi District in Greater Dhaka Area. With his exemplary career, he continues to be the visionary leader of Greenland Equities to take this company to new heights, maintain corporate governance and serve its customers with high ethical standards.

M Rajib Ahsan

Managing Director

M Rajib Ahsan is the Managing Director of Greenland Equities Ltd. Upon completing his MBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington, he began his career with an IT and Management Consulting Firm in Dallas and Austin Texas, USA. After returning back to Bangladesh, he worked as a consultant with IFC, World Bank Group and a commercial bank as a senior executive before joining Greenland Equities.

With his solid experience in financial and capital markets, Greenland has come a long way since its inception.

Mr Ahsan is also a trustee member of Farida Hashem International School & College named after his mother, the current Chairperson of this non-profit academic institution.
